The customer is free to make the change or cancel the booking the booking before 24 hours of the appointment of service. No cancellation charges will be applied before 1 working days of appointment.
If the customer informs us about the cancellation of appointment a few hours of services, he/she will have to pay a cancellation minimum $95 as our call out charges. The customer is to cancel the appointment via calling us on 0488 847 344 or writing us an email with all essential details such as booking number, the address of services, and date of appointment.
Extra charges will be applicable for the services booked after 6 pm or for early morning shift or on public holidays and weekends.
The customer can make the booking via phone or email.
The customer must provide the card details at the time of booking and authorise the Deluxe Tile Cleaning to debit the amount applicable for appointed services.
The client is to provide the details about slippery surfaces, hazards, ingrained dirt and grime inside the surface, and another risk of dangers.
Quotations and Pricing
All the prices quoted for the particular services are owned by Deluxe Tile Cleaning and we hold the right to change them at any time. And the customer has to pay all the prices before the commencement of any work.
We hold the right to change the change the quoted prices if the property does not match the description as stated by the customers at the time of booking.
The tile and grout cleaning price is quoted per square meter. And a setup fee will also be charged for steam cleaning the tiles and grouts.
The tiled stairs are priced per steps, the client has to pay additional charges for additional steps. Cleaning any space outside the booked area will cost extra.
Prices quoted for general or specialised tile cleaning need include cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, labour, cleaning equipment.
The customer is to pay the full quoted amount for the appointed services after the completion of services unless another payment method is agreed between Deluxe Tile Cleaning and the client.
The mode of payments we accept includes cash, credit card, cash, bank transfer. If the client considers paying through bank transfer, he/she has to make sure the deposit is done before the work has started. It is customer’s responsibility to call our Deluxe Tile Cleaning to ensure if the payment has received at least before 3 days of appointment.
The clients are free to make amendments in the booking before in the appointed services. They only have to inform us by calling on our toll-free number or dropping us an email with the complete details. Amendments made prior two days of the serving time will charge no fee.
